Venus – Natural Effect from Lens? Atmosphere?
Ok, the last super moon for 2016 but sometimes you should turn your camera in the opposite direction. I like the natural effect I got when I took this shot of Venus. For both shots I used a 500mm lens and cropped it to make the image the equivalent of using a 4600mm lens. It takes a fair bit of noise reduction to remove the grain but the technology in the newer cameras helps to keep the quality ok.
