You may have good photo editing software. Maybe even some you didn’t know you had. Most applications can do some of the basics as described in my post Photo Editing – why, and what I can start on? I found that the PhotoScape software can give you what you need to get into photo editing and has a broad range of editing capability for free.
Here are some tips on installing it if you want to give it a go. Watch for later posts about how you can use it. In the mean time you can install it and try it out. As with any photo editing software always “Save As” and make a new copy when you have finished your edits. Don’t save over your original photos.
